Bryan J. Gottfredson

Bryan Gottfredson’s practice focuses on enforcing his clients’ legal rights in business disputes arising out of breach of contract and business torts. His experience includes litigation matters arising from commercial landlord/tenant, insurance, securities, stockholder/corporate issues, and FINRA investor-related disputes. He frequently serves as lead counsel in arbitrations, mediations and civil litigation matters in Maricopa County Superior Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and various arbitration forums.

Active in the community, Bryan is a member of the Hon Kachina Council and the Phoenix Art Museum Men’s Arts Council. In college, Bryan played on the University of Arizona's Men’s Club Volleyball national championship team. He is an avid sports fan and continues to enjoy and participate in competitive athletics.
