Aaron G. York

In addition to representing Chapter 11 debtors, Aaron York has significant lead counsel experience representing creditors in all aspects of federal bankruptcy litigation, including disputes involving the automatic stay, single-asset real estate debtors, preferences, executory contract and lease issues, proofs of claim, contested sales, disclosure statements and contested plan confirmations. He also has substantial bankruptcy appellate experience.

Aaron was listed among the top bankruptcy lawyers in the country in an article published in the August 11, 2003, edition of The Daily Deal. In addition, he is a former six-time bankruptcy “Rising Star” selectee in Texas Monthly magazine, recognition limited to the “top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming Texas attorneys.” In 2011, he was listed among the “Top Lawyers” in bankruptcy in Arizona Business magazine.
